This summer you might be thinking about planning your own event. This might be a wedding party in the countryside, a music festival, car show or even an outdoor obstacle course which requires careful planning. Without careful planning and preparation, you could end up with things going wrong and the event not being the success you thought it would be.
One way to combat this is to make sure that you have a great team working for you throughout the whole event. That is why here at SRP Hire Solutions we offer an events management service to not only prepare you for every eventuality but provide you with all the facilities you need as well.
When we work with different events we want you to know that size really doesn’t matter. From huge parties of 100,000 and more, to under 100 people, our events management service is here to help:
Smaller Events (100-500 people)
Although your event might be smaller than others, more intimate and not all about the number of guests, our team still want it to be a day to remember.
We can provide portable toilets and generators even if it is just one or two to make sure you have everything you need. Before the day we can come and assess the location to make sure we know where all the facilities are going.
Recently we worked with four final year students at Sheffield Hallam University to facilitate the outdoor obstacle course they put on to raise money for Age UK. These events may only require a small amount of help but being able to provide our clients with the services they need means they could focus on raising money for a great cause.
Medium Sized Events
Since 2014 we have been working with a large/medium scale event, Lincolnshire’s Largest Classic Volkswagen Event. For this we needed to provide and maintain facilities including portable toilets and generators. With this event attracting thousands of people it was only right that we worked with them beforehand, during and after to make sure that everything went off without a hitch.
For this client we had staff assessing the site beforehand, maintaining facilites during the event and working to help clear everything up afterwards. This helped the event to run smoothly and be a successful day all round.
Large Scale Events
For our larger events we like to make sure that everything is in place way in advance to help our clients stay stress free and see their event come together before their eyes.
We have worked with many large scale events and hope to continue to do so in the future. One of our recent clients and events was the UK Boston Marathon which ran this year in April. The 26.2 mile course needed many toilets, water points, first aid stations and other facilities which we were happy to provide for the thousands of people that entered. These scale events may take a little more planning and working with a bigger team but we are more than happy to accommodate them.
